The African History Network promises to deliver high-quality products (except where the original video production was less than desirable), in good condition, to point of delivery as specified in your order. If for any reason, your DVDs or CDs are not satisfactory meaning they do not play on your device, we will gladly replace them with the same title.  Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner.

DVD and CD care:  Please be sure to clean the playing surface of the DVD, CD if you have problems watching them.  You can put some alcohol on some paper towel or a soft cloth and use this to clean the surface of the DVD, CD.  You may also want to clean the laser lens on your DVD player by purchasing a lens cleaner.  You can purchase one for about $10 - $15.  It is advisable to clean you laser lens after every 30 - 40 hours of usage. 

NOTE: CDs and DVDs must be returned in the same condition as when you received them! CDs and DVDs returned with scratches, finger prints, or other evidence of poor handling WILL NOT be replaced.
